The problem nowadays is that people have made meditation so complex. So that he can sell you to his meditation courses. But meditation is very simple. To start meditation, you have to take care of 3 things. so that you can make your meditation practice successful. But before starting that do you know what meditation is? Meditation means keeping your mind calm in any situation.

  1. Choose Your Environment

The first thing you need to keep in mind is your environment. Find a comfortable place to sit. It does not matter whether you are sitting in a chair or you are sitting on the ground. It only makes a difference whether your back is straight or not. If you do not keep your back straight, you will feel sleepy. Keep in mind that there is no one around you to bother you. Keep a timer of 10 to 20 minutes on your phone to do meditation. If you are doing meditation for the first time, you should not set a timer for more than 20 minutes. You can also listen to some relaxing music in the background or use binaural beats. I do not use music, but music helps a lot in meditation. Background music should not be too loud and should not contain words. Because they will disturb you.

  1. Analyze Your Thought

Many gurus in the world will tell you many types of techniques of meditation, but this is the simplest technique. Let's close our eyes and just focus on your breathing. Notice how your breath goes in and out. Look at how our lungs expand. Now you will see that as you start doing this, your mind will get distracted very quickly and this is called the monkey mind. After every 5 seconds, while meditating, you started thinking in your mind, "Oh man, have I not left the key in the car?" Dude, I had to make a very important call, this is called distraction and this distraction can weigh on your mind. While meditating, you will have a lot of desire to get up and go somewhere, but don't let this thing dominate you and bring your attention back to your breath.

Whenever a thought comes up, you don't have to worry. Do not think that you are wasting your time. You should treat each thought as if it is like a cloud. You do not need to talk to him. You don't even need to think about that. Just imagine him like, a cloud is coming and a cloud is going. And this teaches you how to remove all the garbage from your mind which keeps ongoing in your mind throughout the day.

When your set time is over, you can just get up and start your day. You should also do this practice of meditation to make it as easy as possible for you to make a corner in your house. Where you will always do meditation and select a fixed time for meditation. This is because if you have made a routine then it will be easier for you to do it every day. I do meditation every day after exercising in the morning. This is part of my morning ritual. You have to do everything until you make meditation a habit. With this, I come to my last point.

Now let me tell you why more people are not able to keep the Meditation Continues. Let us assume that you started the meditation, you did it for 2 weeks and then you did not feel the improvement. So you stopped doing it. Meditation does not work in this way. Meditation is very powerful, but it is not a night game

It will take a lot of time to get benefits in your life. But you can trust me on this thing that if you make it a habit and you do it every day then you will change completely and you will become a new person. You may be able to focus only 5 seconds in the beginning and then you get distracted, but as long as you keep practicing and you keep improving, then you will be very good at it. And if you keep doing it for many months and years, then the state of mind (Flow State) which you will get from meditation will always be at a distance of 1 second for you. If you feel too much stress in a situation, then all you have to do is take a deep breath and you will go to that state of mind (Flow State). And then you will be able to use the unlimited creativity of this world.
